Our Policy
We do not accept returns. It’s a decision that allows us to avoid the costs associated with return processing, warehousing, and reverse logistics, so we can pass those savings directly to you.
That’s also why we do everything we can to make sure you never need to return anything in the first place
How We Make Sure You Love Your Furniture
Choosing something you’ve never seen in person, in a fabric you’ve never felt, is a lot to ask.
We’ve thought hard about that. So before anything gets made, we offer free fabric swatches, a free design consultation, and a safe payment plan to give you complete peace of mind.
When your piece is finished, you see it before it ships. We don’t send it until you’re happy.
When We Do Step In
If we shipped the wrong item or your piece arrives damaged, we will make it right. Reach out to us at info@adorncroft.com and we’ll handle everything from there.

A Relationship That Doesn’t End at Delivery
The people who made your piece are the same people who will look after it. Repairs, replacement fabric sets, and slipcovers are all available for the life of your piece at a reasonable fee, because our commitment to your piece doesn’t stop when it leaves our studio.
