We offer rug samples for a small fee, which can be used as store credit toward your final purchase. Each sample is 19.7 x 19.7 in (50 x 50 cm), and we recommend choosing the most detailed part of your design so you can feel the craftsmanship for yourself. Request your sample and we'll send it straight to your door.
We accept fully custom orders. Choose your size, shape, materials, and colors to fit your exact space, including irregular or unusual shapes. Book a free design call with our experts and we'll help you bring it to life.
Our rugs spot clean easily with a damp cloth and mild soap, perfect for everyday spills. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional care to protect the fibers and keep your rug looking its best.
We custom-dye yarn to match your chosen Pantone reference as closely as possible. Contact our team to get started, and we'll send physical color samples for your approval before production begins.

We ship worldwide, with free shipping to the continental United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and Saudi Arabia. If you're ordering from outside these countries, we still offer subsidized shipping. Please contact us for a rate to your location. All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are included in your order. Every shipment is fully insured and comes with tracking updates once it ships.
