Our sofas are crafted with care using high-quality materials such as linen, velvet, cotton blends, or performance fabrics (depending on your selection). All products are reinforced with durable hardwood frames and high-resilience foam, ensuring structure and comfort over time.

While every home and lifestyle is different, most of our customers enjoy their Adorn Croft pieces for many years with regular use. However, like all upholstered furniture, some signs of aging may gradually appear — such as:

* Minor fabric pilling or wrinkling

* Fading from prolonged sun exposure

* Wear on frequently used areas (especially light-colored fabrics)

These are considered natural aging characteristics, not manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

Our standard warranty remains in place:

Sofas, Chairs, and Upholstered Furniture: 1 year

Wooden Furniture: 2 years

Lifetime Support: For advice, questions, and post-purchase guidance

We’ll cover any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues during this time. Beyond the warranty, we offer affordable repair services and are happy to assist however we can.

Care & Maintenance Tips

To keep your sofa looking its best, we recommend:

Avoiding direct and prolonged sunlight
