When you invest in a piece made to last, you deserve a brand that means it. We stand behind every stitch, every seam, and every piece that leaves our studio — and that commitment doesn’t end after delivery.

What's Covered

Every Adorn Croft piece is built to a standard we’re confident standing behind. The table below breaks down exactly what’s covered, for how long, and what to expect from each component.

Frame & Spring System Lifetime We cover the frame and spring system against breakage due to defects in construction materials and workmanship.
Cushion Cores 5 years from delivery We cover cushion cores against defects in materials and workmanship. Our cushion cores are made with high-resilience foam at 2.81 lb/ft³, certified for density and durability.

Cushion softening and loss of firmness over time are natural results of regular use and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Upholstered Furniture 1 year from delivery We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Fabric and leather defects caused by how we built your piece are included. Fabric and leather wear over time is not.
Wooden Furniture 2 years from delivery We cover the frame against breakage due to defects in material. Natural wood may show small variations in grain, color, or texture — these are normal characteristics and not considered defects.

What's Not Covered

This warranty covers purchased Adorn Croft items only. It does not extend to normal wear and tear, pet damage, misuse, improper maintenance, sun or light discoloration, or repairs made by unauthorized parties.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@adorncroft.com within 14 days of noticing the issue. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

Customer's Own Material (COM)

Supplying your own fabric is one of our favorite ways to make a piece truly yours. Out of fairness, we’re not able to warranty a material we didn’t source or test. But our craftsmanship on it will be held to the exact same standard as everything else we make.

We're Here After Delivery

What sets us apart from other furniture brands is that our relationship with you doesn’t end with your warranty.

Our team is still here for any problems you may face. Whether it’s a repair, a replacement fabric set, or a new slipcover, we’ll take care of it at a reasonable cost.

As the manufacturer, we know exactly how your piece was built. And because we made it, we care about what happens to it long after delivery.

That’s what makes us the best people to support you and make sure any fix is done right.

We will wholeheartedly take care of you from the day we get to know you. And there’s no expiration date on that.
