Our 50 / 50 Payment Structure
To begin production, we use a two-stage payment plan.

| Order Confirmation | 50% deposit | Your order is confirmed and production begins |
| Before Shipment | 50% balance | The remaining balance is paid once production is completed |
This structure allows us to begin crafting your furniture while ensuring everything is prepared and ready before shipment.

Every piece is fully customized, which means we take the time to confirm all details carefully before production begins.

- Dimensions
- Fabric or material selection
- Colour and finish
- Configuration or layout
- Any special requests
Our team works closely with you to ensure your furniture is crafted exactly the way you envisioned it.
Quality Checks Before Shipment
Before your furniture leaves our workshop, it goes through 3 rounds of independent quality inspections.
Once production is completed, we will notify you to complete the remaining 50% balance before arranging shipment.
This ensures your piece is carefully prepared and ready to be delivered to your home.
