At Adorn Croft, we begin our design concept with hand-drawn sketches to visualize the overall look, proportions, and modular configurations. Detailed technical drawings are created to specify dimensions, materials, and construction methods. Our drawings guide our craftsmen during the manufacturing process.

We use high-density, high-resilience foam with a density of 2.81 lb/ft³ for cushions that are firm, buoyant, and highly durable, lasting up to 15 years. Its open-cell structure ensures a balance of bounce and sturdy support, making it ideal for long-term use. We layer this foam with fiberfill, cotton batting to create the perfect blend of softness and support. The result is luxurious comfort with a plush, inviting feel.

Each cushion is carefully hand-stitched and finished for a flawless, luxurious look. Buttons or stitches secure the layers of filling, preventing shifting while adding an elegant touch. Precision stitching, including hand-sewn seams and tufting, ensures the upholstery is both decorative and secure. The result is enhanced durability paired with refined aesthetics.
